Since relocating to Dallas in 2006, I have been a part-time tutor. I like to personalize each tutoring lesson to my students' strengths and weaknesses. Also, I strive to add some fun into the session. It is my firm belief that patience should be exhibited when working with each learner. It is also important to ensure each learner fully understands the topic at hand.Mainly, I tutor within math subjects, including various levels of algebra, and elementary and middle school math, geometry, trigonometry, and calculus. I also can assist students with chemistry, American history, AP United States history, science, HSPT, ISEE, SSAT, and social studies.In 2003, I graduated from Southern University, which is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I obtained a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Since getting my degree, I have worked in various sectors of engineering. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy reading, being a personal trainer, and playing jazz music.
