I have a strong academic background in science and math subjects, and I have tutoring experience in study groups on campus and in helping peers better understand coursework. I am very adept at identifying what students know and what they need help with. After I identify the areas of need, I'm very good at explaining the material by relating it to applications in the real world. This help students visualize ideas, making them easier to understand and retain. I will do whatever it takes to help my students succeed in algebra, calculus, pre-algebra, differential equations, trigonometry, discrete math, microbiology, physics, multivariable calculus, finite math, and other similar topics. I've also help students prepare for the SAT, ACT, and other standardized tests. In my free time, I like to ride my bike and swim. I also enjoy aviation and CAD design.
